Customised Training Workshops
Our tutors bring real-world industry experience into the classroom, giving young people the opportunity to learn from skilled tradespeople who understand what it takes to succeed in construction.
With experience across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other construction trades, our tutors combine practical knowledge with a passion for helping young people develop confidence, skills and a positive attitude towards work.
Our approach is hands-on and supportive, with students learning through practical projects, teamwork and real-life construction tasks. We aim to give every young person the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to take their next step towards further education, an apprenticeship or a career in the construction industry.
Alternative Provision
We are an Alternative Provision for students aged 16 to 25 who may benefit from a different approach to education. We provide a small, supportive learning environment designed to help young people build confidence, develop practical skills and prepare for their future.
Our specialist provision focuses on Construction, giving students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop industry-relevant skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other construction trades.
With a 1 tutor to 6 students ratio, we are able to provide a high level of individual support and guidance. Our small-group approach allows students to learn at their own pace, develop positive working relationships and gain confidence through practical achievement.
Students can choose the construction pathway that best suits their interests and career aspirations. They will then work towards a Level 1 qualification in their chosen trade, combining classroom learning with practical, hands-on training.
Alongside their chosen construction course, students can also work towards Functional Skills Level 1 and Level 2 in English and Maths, helping them develop the essential skills needed for further education, apprenticeships and employment.
Our aim is simple: to give young people practical skills, qualifications and the confidence to take their next step into the world of work.
